Purpose:Quantitative measurement of seal strength, heat seal quality, overall bag burst pressure, and seal leakage performance for various soft packaging items and sterile packaging items formed by heat sealing and bonding processes; quantitative determination of the sealing performance of various anti-theft plastic bottle caps; quantitative assessment of indicators such as overall sealing performance, pressure resistance, cap-body connection strength, breakaway strength, heat-sealed edge strength, and crimp strength for various flexible tubes. It can also evaluate and analyze the compressive strength, burst strength of materials used in soft packaging bags, torque seal indicators of bottle caps, breakaway strength of cap connections, material stress strength, as well as the overall bottle seal integrity, pressure resistance, and burst resistance.
